To ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely, no matter where you are in mainland UK we work with trusted external couriers.

After placing your order online, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we've received it. The courier collects from us on a Wednesday, allowing us to guarantee that your order will be delivered on Thursday or Friday.

On the morning of your delivery, you will receive an email or text notification with a one-hour delivery window. Please note that this is a guideline time. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver will use their discretion to leave the parcel in a safe place.

If for any reason there is an issue, please accept the delivery and give us a call so we can sort out the problem for you.

PACKAGING

We take the utmost care to ensure your meat stays fresh during transit. The majority of our meat is vacuum-sealed, which helps to extend its shelf life when refrigerated and packed on ice.

Our foil lined box combines an integrated triple layer foil and bubble liner with a sturdy cardboard frame to provide maximum insulation shielding against heat transfer and reflecting almost 100% of radiant heat. It has been lab-tested to withstand up to 48 hours in transit, externally validated giving you peace of mind that your order will arrive in perfect condition.
