Our lamb and mint Pin Wheels offer something a little bit different. They are made with our premium lamb mince, seasoned with garden mint, wrapped in a spiral of puff pastry and brushed with a rosemary and sea-salt glaze. 
One or two slices per person, served as part of a meal.
Cooking guide: Pre-heat oven to 180 or gas mark 4. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until food is cooked thoroughly.
